CloudSpendGuard provides a platform to monitor cloud spending and enforce budget caps by automatically shutting down resources when limits are reached. The service currently supports Google Cloud, with planned integrations for AWS and Azure.
Payments are processed through third-party services such as Stripe or Creem. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You may upgrade or switch plans anytime by contacting support. Adjustments to billing will be made on a pro-rata basis if applicable.
If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service until the issue is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription anytime by visiting your account settings or contacting support. Upon cancellation:
You retain ownership of the data you provide or generate while using the platform. By using CloudSpendGuard, you grant us the right to access and process your data solely for delivering our service. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
CloudSpendGuard is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or perfect enforcement of spending caps due to delays or technical limitations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudSpendGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
